Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Syntex Industries.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your order cancellation rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24-48 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 24-48 hours from the date on which you placed your order. You will need to notify us at Syntex Industries right away either via email, info@syntexindustries.com or via phone at 515-332-3265.

Return orders

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which Syntex receives the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order. When returning items, there is a 15% restocking fee.

Conditions for returns

In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The items were purchased in the last 14 days
• The items are in the original packaging.
• The items that are damaged in any way.
• The following Goods cannot be returned:
• Any custom-made items to your specifications.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to Syntex. You should send the items at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
